How to create and share engaging user research highlights using Grain

Details

Sharing user research findings and results with project stakeholders is an important part of the research process. It allows them to receive key insights to make important product decisions. But how can we ensure that stakeholders are engaged with the findings we are sharing with them?

This workshop will show you how to quickly and efficiently share small, digestible feedback that is powerful for your stakeholders.

While there are a variety of ways to share user insights at different stages of the UX design process, we’ve been using Grain to enable stakeholders to see and hear actual comments from people who tested the product. Sharing user insights through video and voice clips brings the stakeholder into the experience as if they were right there.

What to expect

In this session, we’ll talk about common challenges when sharing research results, tips for sharing engaging research highlights, how to use Grain to create sharable clips, and resources where you can learn more.

You’ll leave this session with a new way to engage your stakeholders in the research process on your next project.

Is this workshop for you?

This workshop is for UX designers, UX researchers, product managers, and anyone who would like to learn about sharing research insights to stakeholders throughout the research process.
