Zeitspace Inc (“we” or “us” or “our”)  takes your (“user” or “you”) privacy seriously and respects your rights. Our Privacy Policy applies between you, the user of Zeitspace.com including any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related or connected thereto (collectively the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our Site.

This Privacy Policy does not extend to any websites or third-party services that can be accessed from this website, including but not limited to links provided to social media sites.

For Data Protection Law purposes, Zeitspace Inc is the Data Controller meaning we determine how we collect your personal information and how it’s used.

How and What We Collect

We collect data through the use of analytics (e.g. cookie tracking, web beacons, tracking pixels, etc...), through the information you share with us via forms or email, and lastly as provided through our use of third-party tools, such as Google Analytics, Hubspot, LinkedIn, or BambooHR.

We collect personally identifiable information, such as your name, email address, and telephone number, and demographic information such as your interests that you voluntarily give us when you participate in activities related to the Site such as forms, email lists or events. Our core business activities include the specification, design, and development of software products for our client. We make money selling our services for those activities. We do not rent, share, or sell your private information for the purposes of making money.

  • With third parties that perform services for us or on our behalf, including payment processing, email delivery, and hosting.

If we cease operations or enter bankruptcy protection, your information may be part of an asset transferred to a third party. The transferee may decline to honour our Privacy Policy commitments.

We do not share your data with any advertisers or with third parties for marketing purposes.

Technology

We use cookies, web beacons, tracking pixels and other tracking technologies on the Site to personalize the Site and improve your overall experience. No personal information is collected through tracking technologies, however, we may update your information with events like pages viewed, calls to actions that resulted in clicks, etc.  Most browsers have a default setting to accept cookies. You can remove, reject, or disable cookies without affecting the availability of the Site, however, personalization features may be affected.
